Refund policy

  1. We offer only size exchange on most our products. The details/eligibility of exchange is mentioned under shipping information of every product.

  2. Products that are eligible for exchange should be returned within 5 days of receiving the product. 
  1. We have strict quality control. The products are scanned twice before packaging. Hence it is unlikely that the product reaches you damaged, in case it does you must write in to us at hello@tilohri.com with the picture of the damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receiving it. We will guide you on the exchange process from thereon.

  2. All exchange requests need to be approved first over an email. Once agreed we will help you with the address where the product needs to be shipped.
  1. Shipping of exchanged products is free while the courier/shipment sent by the client to our office/warehouse will be borne by the customer itself. 
  1. Once your exchange has been accepted. We would be happy to provide you e-cash or similar product as discussed and requested. We will initiate the process after necessary quality checks have been done.
