- We offer only size exchange on most our products. The details/eligibility of exchange is mentioned under shipping information of every product.
- Products that are eligible for exchange should be returned within 5 days of receiving the product.
- We have strict quality control. The products are scanned twice before packaging. Hence it is unlikely that the product reaches you damaged, in case it does you must write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the copy of the bill and picture of the damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receiving it. We will guide you on the exchange process from thereon. To claim that a damaged product was received an unpacking video will be necessary.
- All exchange requests need to be approved first over an email. Once agreed we will help you with the address where the product needs to be shipped.
- Shipping of exchanged products is free while the courier/shipment sent by the client to our office/warehouse will be borne by the customer itself.
- Once your exchange has been accepted. We would be happy to provide you the same product in the expected size as discussed and requested. We will initiate the process after necessary quality checks have been done.
